Our Careers Programme
Our careers programme is designed in line with the Gatsby Benchmarks and is appropriate for students from Year 7 onwards. It aims to raise aspirations, develop employability skills and ensure all students are aware of the full range of education, training and career pathways available to them. Information about the careers programme, including planned activities and opportunities, is available upon request by contacting the Careers Leader listed above.
Measuring Impact
The impact of the careers programme is monitored and evaluated through student feedback, participation rates in careers activities, future destination data, and ongoing review against the Gatsby Benchmarks. This ensures the programme continues to meet the needs of our students.
Programme Review
The next formal review of the careers programme will take place in February 2026.
